NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 25, 2015 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-001023, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, FRANKLIN AMERICAN MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and MARGARITA RODRIGUEZ; CORY LAKE ISLES PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT AND COUNTY COURT, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A BRENDA RODRIGUEZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
