NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 21, 2017, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-001674 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which OneWest Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Carolina Hurst, Heritage Isles Golf and Country Club Community Association, Inc., Ronald Hurst a/k/a Ronald Lynn Hurst a/k/a Ronald L. Hurst, SunCoast Schools Federal Credit Union, Tenant #1 n/k/a Amera Elhaddat, Tenant #2 n/k/a John Doe, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 28th of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
