TO: MARC A. SEIDELL, and all other parties who are claiming to have any right, title or interest in and to the lands hereafter described in Lee County, Florida:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Complaint has been filed against you, JAMES P. SEIDELL, ROY L. SEIDELL III and ROBERT P. SEIDELL seeking an accounting and requesting the partition of the following property:
Unit No. 115, of SUGARMILL SPRINGS MOBILE HOME CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 17, page(s) 39 through 44, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 2126, page 435 through 483 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the Complaint on Richard J. Inglis, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, of the law firm FREIDIN & INGLIS, P.A., whose mailing address is 2245 McGregor Boulevard, Fort Myers, Florida, 33901, and whose email address is [email protected], and file the original with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Lee County, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers FL 33901, on or before April 3, 2017, or otherwise a default judgment will be entered against you for the relief sought in the Complaint.
