COMES NOW, the Plaintiff, ALBERTO ESTEVEZ, by and through the undersigned attorney, and hereby gives notice that a civil action has been instituted on the above action, and is now pending in the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, County of Lee, on November 8, 2016. Case No: 16-CA-3950.
1. Lot 33 and 34, Block 3741, Cape Coral, Unit No. 51, a Subdivision as per plat thereof in Plat Book 19, Page(s) 2 through 16, of the public records of Lee County, Florida.
2. Lot 37 and 38, Block 3741, Cape Coral, Unit No. 51, a Subdivision as per plat thereof in Plat Book 19, Page(s) 2 through 16, of the public records of Lee County, Florida.
3. Lot 39 and 40, Block 3741, Cape Coral, Unit No. 51, a Subdivision as per plat thereof in Plat Book 19, Page(s) 2 through 16, of the public records of Lee County, Florida.
You are required to serve an Answer to this action upon: ADAM J. STEVENS, ESQUIRE, of POWELL, JACKMAN, STEVENS & RICCIARDI, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, who address is 4575 Via Royale, Suite 200, Fort Myers, FL 33901, on or before April 10, 2017 and file the original with the clerk of this court at Lee County Justice Center, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of your current address. Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed to the address on record at the clerk's office.
