Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 28 day of February, 2017, and entered in case No. 16-CC-004611 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein COLONIAL SHORES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER D. BRATTA, GINA M. BRATTA, ANTHONY DEBONO, III AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ANTHONY DEBONO, JR., SCP DISTRIBUTORS, LLC, FITBRANDS, LLC, and TARGET NATIONAL BANK are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 30 day of March, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 126, COLONIAL SHORES, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 77, Pages 79 through 83, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
