NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2017, entered in Case No. 2016-CA-006697-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Mary Elizabeth Jones a/k/a Mary E. Jones a/k/a Mary Jones a/k/a Mary Baskerville Jones f/k/a Mary E. Baskerville, Deceased; Robert Lee Jones a/k/a Robert L. Jones; Shirley Louise Pasamanick a/k/a Shirley L. Pasamanick; Crystal Elizabeth Stroud; Daniel Ray Stroud; Cathy Jones Norton a/k/a Cathy J. Norton f/k/a Cathy Rae Harwell f/k/a Cathy R. Harwell; Heather Marie Jones-Schulz a/k/a Heather Jones-Schulz a/k/a Heather Marie Schulz; Curtis Huston Norton a/k/a Curtis H. Norton a/k/a Curtis H. Norton, Jr. a/k/a Curtis Huston Norton, Jr.; Asset Acceptance LLC; Orange County, Florida are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 21st day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK D, AZALEA PARK SECTION FIFTEEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK V, PAGE 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
