NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 23, 2016, entered in Case No. 15-002239-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Vivian E Passmore A/K/A Vivian Passmore; Michael C Passmore A/K/A Michael Passmore; The Unknown Spouse Of Vivian E Passmore A/K/A Vivian Passmore; The Unknown Spouse Of Michael C Passmore A/K/A Michael Passmore; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, As Successor By Merger To Wachovia Bank, National Association; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 59, OF COUNTRY VILLAS, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, PAGE 21-23, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
