A Joint Petition For Adoption by Stepparent has been filed regarding the minor child, A.S.B.P., born in Pinellas County, Florida on 8/05/2010. This petition seeks to terminate the parental rights of any prospective father of the child. You have been named as a prospective father of the minor child, AS.B.P. As an identified prospective parent, if you desire to become a party to these proceedings or assert any rights you may have to the child, you are required to serve written defenses to the petition to the attorney for the petitioner, Joanne Clarie, Esquire, 1101 Pasadena Avenue South, Suite 3, South Pasadena, Florida 33707 on or before April 14, 2017, and to file the original of the written defenses with the Clerk of the Circuit Court, 545 First Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701, either before service or immediately thereafter. Failure to serve and file written defenses as required may result in a judgment or order for the relief demanded, without further notice.
UNDER SECTION 63.089, FLORIDA STATUTES, FAILURE TO TIMELY FILE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE AND PETITION WITH THE COURT GROUNDS UPON WHICH THE COURT SHALL END ANY PARENTAL RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE OR ASSERT REGARDING THE MINOR CHILD.
