NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit No. 6211, MEDITERRANEAN MANORS CONDOMINIUM UNIT NINE, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, and a percentage in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as recorded in Official Records Book 4220, Page 461, and subsequent amendments thereto, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 20, Pages 31-33, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2700 Bayshore Boulevard, #6211, Dunedin, Florida, 34698.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on March 31, 2017.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
