NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 8 February, 2017, and entered in Case No. 52-2015-CA-003809 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank N.A., as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Trust 2006-CH2 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-CH2, is the Plaintiff and Lansbrook Village Condominium Association, Inc., Octavia D. Jones, Prive Automotive LLC, State of Florida Department of Revenue, Villages at Lansbrook Property Owners Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 28th of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
