YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title on the following property located in Pinellas County, Florida:
THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, LESS THE NORTH 200 FEET THEREOF, AND LESS RIGHT-OF-WAY EXISTING ROADS AND HIGHWAYS, PINELLS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's attorney, RICHARD P. CATON, Esquire, whose mailing address is 9075 Seminole Boulevard, Seminole, Florida 33772, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, within 30 days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
