TO ALL PERSONS HAVING CLAIMS OR DEMANDS AGAINST THE ABOVE ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that a Petition and a proposed order for Summary Administration of the Estate of JUANITA GLENN LYON, deceased, File Number 17-001705-ES, are pending in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756;that the decedent's date of death was December 14, 2017; that the total value of the estate is $3,900(all assets claimed as exempt property), and that the name and address of the petitioner, (sole beneficiary/heir), is Tamra L. Redig, 5345 Kingfisher's Court, Tallahassee, FL 32303; and the petitioner's attorney's name and address are set forth below.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All persons on whom this notice is served who have any claim or demand against the decedent's estate, even if the claim is unmatured, contingent or unliquidated, you must file your claim with this Court ON OR BEFORE THE LATER OF A DATE THAT IS 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR 30 DAYS AFTER YOU RECEIVE A COPY OF THIS NOTICE.
All other creditors of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the decedent's estate, even if the claim is unmatured, contingent or unliquidated must file their claims with this court WITHIN 3 MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF THE FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS AND OBJECTIONS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
EVEN IF A CLAIM IS NOT BARRED BY THE LIMITATIONS DESCRIBED ABOVE, ALL CLAIMS WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN FILED WILL BE BARRED TWO YEARS AFTER DECEDENT'S DEATH.
