STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION NOTICE OF PROPOSED AGENCY ACTION
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) gives notice that it proposes to approve a No Further Action Proposal with Conditions and issue a Site Rehabilitation Completion Order with Conditions for a contaminated site (Order). Sunco Retail Properties, Inc. is seeking this Order in reference to the former US Plating Corporation, 6617 Ulmerton Road, Largo FL, FDEP FAC ID# COM_343200 and BF521202002, and intends to rely on a restriction on water use and associated institutional control.

Complete copies of the No Further Action with Conditions proposal and the agency's preliminary evaluation are available for public inspection during normal business hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays at the FDEP - Southwest District, 13051 North Telecom Parkway, Temple Terrace, FL 33637-0926, attn: Justin Chamberlain, or online at http//dwmedms.dep.state.fl.us/Oculus/servlet/login.

Local governments with jurisdiction over the property subject to the institutional control, real property owner(s) of any property subject to the institutional control, and residents of any property subject to the institutional control have 30 days from publication of this notice to provide comments to FDOH.
