NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2016, entered in Case No. 16-001015-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Robert F. St. Pierre; Dana A. St. Pierre; Suntrust Bank are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 21st day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THAT PORTION DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2139, PAGE 534, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
