Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Stipulated Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 15, 2017, in the above-styled cause, in the County Court of Orange County, Tiffany
Moore Russell, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
LOT 16, TOWNS OF WESTYN BAY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE(S) 100, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA;
at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on May 22, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon as possible thereafter, after first having given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
