SANDERS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RITA L. SANDERS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WINDING CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants.
