Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale and Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein M10 FUND, LLC, Plaintiff, and CONVIKTED, INC., L.L.C., et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am on the 4th day of April, 2017, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
