ALLEN; TARA B. ALLEN; are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 30, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 64 AND THAT PART OF LOT 63, WILLOW WISP PHASE 2, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 76, PAGE 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN 109.47 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER AND CONTINUE WEST 28.96 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 15 DEGREES 31 MINUTES 51 SECONDS WEST, 362.83 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 19 DEGREES 51 MINUTES 02 SECONDS EAST, 371.38 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
