RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed February 14, 2017and entered in Case No. 2014CA-004453-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, is Plaintiff, and ROBERT T. JOHNSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 04 day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 33, EMILY ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 128, PAGES 47 AND 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
