NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2017, and entered in 2009CA-003906 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST MMORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATESK SERIES 2006-AR6 is the Plaintiff and SHEILA STUPPY; MYRTLEWOOD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A LUIS HERNANDEZ; TENANT #2 N/K/A KAREN HERNANDEZ are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on March 31, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
