NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016CA002692000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-CW1, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Mirlande Chery, deceased , U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-SL1, without recourse , Ymana Rabrun a/k/a Ymana Rabrun Daniel a/k/a Ymana Daniel f/k/a Ymana Rabrun Chery f/k/a Ymana R. Chery, as an Heir to the Estate of Mirlande Chery, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 5th day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
