NOTICE OF INTEREST IN LAND PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 712, FLORIDA STATUTES
(ARTIS-NAPLES, INC.)
The undersigned claimant hereby gives notice to the “owners” listed in attached Exhibit “B” and to all others whom it may concern that, pursuant to the requirements of Chapter 712, Florida Statutes, claimant has an interest or claim in the real property identified in the attached Exhibit “A”.
1. The name of the claimant is PELICAN BAY FOUNDATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, having an address of 6251 Pelican Bay Blvd., Naples, Florida 34108.
2. The name(s) and post office address(s) of the person(s) to which may be affected by this notice and in whose name said property was assessed on the last completed tax assessment roll of Collier County, Florida at the time of this filing are set forth on the attached Exhibit “B”.
3. The land affected by this Notice is as described on the attached Exhibit “A”.
4. The nature, description and extent of the interest or claim hereunder is to preserve for thirty (30) years from the date of this filing those recorded covenants and use restrictions contained in that certain Declaration of Restrictions and Protective Covenants for a Portion of Parcel B, Pelican Bay Unit One, originally recorded in Official Records Book 1256, page 112 et seq., of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, as amended and/or restated from time to time, currently burdening the property described in said Declaration.

Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Pelican Bay Boulevard (a 10' right-of-way) and the centerline of West Boulevard (a 100' right-of-way) as shown on said Pelican Bay Unit One Plat;
thence along the centerline of said West Boulevard South 19Ëš-07'-14” East 105.53 feet;
