NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2017, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2016-CA-002859-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein ESTATE OF KATHLEEN M. SMITH; ROBERT W. COOK, IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST ROBERT W. COOK; ARLAND SMITH; ROBERT COOK as natural guardian and next friend of CONYR COOK, a minor, are defendants, the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on April 3, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 31, ANCLOTE RIVER ACRES UNIT ONE, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 67, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. Together with that 1998 mobile home bearing serial # GAFLV35A13735HH21, GAFLV35B13735HH21, and GAFLV35C13735HH21.
