Final Judgment was awarded on February 21, 2017 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-002730-WS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff, and CRAIG PHILHOWER A/K/A CRAIG MATTHEW PHILHOWER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JASON BADER; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; PASCO COUNTY CLERK OF COURT; STATE OF FLORIDA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
