NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 24, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2014CA002197ES of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2007-1, is Plaintiff, and LIVIER MARY ANKRUM ET AL.,, are the Defendants, the Office of Paula S.
