NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2016-003055-CA-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, Plaintiff and Robert A. Gagnon are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on April 5, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 21, BUILDING 19, SUNNYBROOK 2 CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 137-139, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA AND THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1424, PAGE 871, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
