NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 27, 2017 in the above action, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Hillsborough, Florida, on July 6, 2017, at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com for the following described property:

THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE I, OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY FLORIDA. SAID NORTHERLY PART OF LOT 12, INCLUDED ABOVE, BEGIN MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 12 IN RUN THENCE ·WEST 128.5 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 12 THENCE SOUTH EASTERNLY 36.75 FEET ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF LOT 12 THENCE NORTHERLY 118.47 FEET IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
