NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 3, 2017 in Civil Case No. 29-2015-CA-010831 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and GLENN W. HAWLEY, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 5TH day of April, 2017 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
A Tract of Land in Section 23, Township 28 South, Range 19 East, described as follows: Commence at the Northeast Corner Lot 18, in Block “A” of TEMPLE PARK UNIT NO. 7, as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 42, Page 73, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, Thence North 89 degrees 32 minutes 37 seconds East, 139.46 feet to the point of beginning; Thence continue North 89 degrees 32 minutes 37 seconds East, 127.58 feet; Thence South 00 Degrees 26 minutes 41 seconds East, 88.01 feet to a point of curvature, run thence along the arc of a curve concave to the Northwest, a Distance of 39.26 feet, said curve having a radius of 25 feet, chord bearing and distance of South 44 degrees 32 minutes 58 seconds West, 35.35 feet; Run Thence South 89 degrees 32 minutes 37 seconds West, 93.39 feet: Thence North 05 degrees 05 minutes 50 seconds West, a Distance of 113.38 feet to the Point of Beginning, all lying and being in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
