NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 6 December, 2016, and entered in Case No. 29-2015-CA-000866 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-2, is the Plaintiff and CitiFinancial Services, Inc., a dissolved FL corporation d/b/a CitiFinancial Equity Services, Inc., Denise C. Moore aka Denise Moore, Sterling Manors Owners Association, Inc., Tampa Palms Owners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 4th of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
