NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 2, 2017, and entered in Case No. 29-2016-CA-004807 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Grow Financial Federal Credit Union f/k/a MacDill Federal Credit Union, Patrick Arnold a/k/a Patrick A. Arnold, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of April, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
