NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 2, 2017, entered in Case No. 16-CA-002006 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and James R. Burke a/k/a James E. Burke; Joanne C. Burke; Regions Bank, Successor by Merger to Amsouth Bank; Thomas A. Rivelli; Donna Rivelli are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the April 3, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 89 AND 90, BLOCK 743, CAPE CORAL UNIT 22, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 1 THROUGH 16, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
