LOTS 22, 23, AND 24, BLOCK 1391, UNIT 18, OF CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 96 THRU 128, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2218 VISCAYA PKWY, CAPE CORAL, FL 33990; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at: www.lee.realforeclose.com on April 3, 2017 at 9:00 am.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
