NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-002078 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Banc of America Alternative Loan Trust 2005-12 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-12, Plaintiff and Merusa, Inc. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT www.lee.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on April 3, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
