LOT 4, BLOCK 261, GREENBRIAR, UNIT NO. 41, SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 1-82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
