Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 28 day of February, 2017, and entered in case No. 16-CC-3644 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein VARSITY LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and, CHRISTOPHER PARKER, A/K/A CHRIS PARKER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER PARKER, A/K/A CHRIS PARKER, N/K/A/ AMANDA PARKER, HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III AND THE UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OCCUPANT(S) IN POSSESSION, IF ANY, are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 31 day of March, 2017 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 21, Block D, VARSITY LAKES PHASE III-A, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 59, Page 29, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
