Unit Week No. 40 in Condominium Parcel Number 1314 of THE SOUTH SEAS CLUB, a Condominium according to the declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1480 at Page 970, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendment thereto, if any.
