Notice is given pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure filed March 3, 2017 in Case No. 16-CA-2615, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which FRANK ALIBRO is the Plaintiff and USED CAR DEPARTMENT OF FORT MYERS, Inc., is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning 9:00 A.M. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on April 3, 2017, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment in Foreclosure:
Units 4 and 5, MIRACLE PLAZA CONDOMINIUM, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Record Book 1710, page 3317, and all amendments thereto, recorded in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens filed herein, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
