NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of February, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-002409 CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein REGIONS BANK, an Alabama banking corp., Successor by merger to AMSOUTH BANK is the Plaintiff and IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 AM on the 25th day of May, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 15, CHATEAUX RAE SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 95, Pages 91 and 92, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
