YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for homeowners assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, WHISPERING LAKES H.A. OF PINELLAS COUNTY, INC., herein in the following described property:
Lot 15, of WHISPERING LAKES, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 93, Pages 55-61, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 3861 Sunrise Lane, Tarpon Springs, Florida, 34688.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Ste. A, Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 4-10-2017, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
