NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure,” entered in the above-styled action on June 16, 2014, in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Pinellas County will sell the real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, as described below, to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on Monday, April 3, 2017, at 10:00 a.m.:

TOGETHER WITH:
All of Vegas Management, LLC's estate, right, title, interest, claim, and demand in and to all existing and future leases, and all use and/or occupancy agreements of the real property located at Real Property owned by related Judgment Debtor, JFL Venture IV, LLC (collectively, the “Leases”); all guarantees of lessees' performance under the Leases, together with the immediate and continuing right to collect and receive all of the rents, income, receipts, revenues, issues, profits, and other income of any nature under the Leases or from or arising out of the Real Property;
TOGETHER WITH:
Pinellas County Adult Use License No. 16-049 in the name of the Angela Welsh, as Trustee identified on Exhibit A-2.
