NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 202, FOX CHASE WEST CONDOMINIUM NO. 12, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 6567, Page 2157, as amended from time to time, and according to the Condominium Plat Book 97, Pages 10-11, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2197 Fox Chase Boulevard, #202, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34683.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 28, 2017.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
