NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated - February 24, 2017, and entered in Case No. 13-000570-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-54CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-54CB, is Plaintiff and JOANN LONG ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 3rd day of April , 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK C, HARRIS PIONEER SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE 86, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA,
Property Address: 2770 58TH PL N, Saint Petersburg, FL, 33714.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
