Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 2, 2017, and entered into Civil Court Action 13-006390-CI-08 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which DANIEL VOELKER and VALERIE J. VOELKER, as Husband and Wife, is the Plaintiff and ERNEST J. MARTIN, et al, are the Defendants, The Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10 a.m. on April 4, 2017, the following described property as set forth in the Order which is:
Lot 5 and 6, Block 4, RIDGE CREST, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 23 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
