NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 1, 2017, entered in Case No. 15-004913-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley Structured Trust I 2007-1 Asset-Backed Certificates, 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and Long Qin Lu a/k/a Lu Long Qin; Qiu Mei Zheng; Unknown Spouse of Long Qin Lu a/k/a Lu Long Qin; Unknown Spouse of Qin Mei Zheng; Unknown Tenant in Possession No.1 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 29th day of March, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot(s) 2, Block 24, GLENWOOD, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page(s) 3, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
