NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 7, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-011112-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP., is the Plaintiff and SARA B. SLISZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SARA B. SLISZ; COVINGTON PARK OF WINTER GARDEN OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. , is/are Defendants, Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on April 26, 2017 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, COVINGTON CHASE PHASE 2B, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGES 81 THROUGH 85 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
