NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 5, 2016, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-7049-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is Plaintiff and ANALY BETANCOURT, et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL, of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. o'clock a.m. on April 11, 2017, on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
