NOTICE IS GIVEN, pursuant to Section 45.031 (2) (c), Florida Statutes, that the Clerk of Court will offer the following described property in Charlotte County, Florida:
Lot 26, Block 5109, Port Charlotte Subdivision Section Ninety Five, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 10, Pages 1A through 1Z33, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on April 12, 2017 at 11:00 A.M., at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, pursuant to the Final Judgment in this action entered on March 14, 2017.
