Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to In REM Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on September 23, 2013, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on March 7, 2017, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the office of Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
