YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title real property located in Manatee County, Florida legally described as follows:
Lot 15, DRYMAN SUBDIVISION of Lots 1 and 4, WILSON SUBDIVISION and Section 35, Township 34 South, Range 17 East, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 192, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
has been filed against you and your are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Layon F. Robinson, II, plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 442 Old Main Street, Bradenton, Florida 34205 on or before APRIL 27 2017, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
