Forester, deceased, File Number 2017 CP 000142, is pending in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is Manatee County Clerk of Courts, 1115 Manatee Ave. West, P O Box 25400, Bradenton, Fl. 34206. The names and addresses of the personal representative and the personal representative's attorney are set forth below.
